U&D Square runs a three shift operation offsite,
to monitor and support servers, network & firewall. We
have documented and established a well-defined process as
per ISO standards to perform the monitoring and support activities
for the servers & network performance. MIS reports are
generated on a monthly basis.
U&D Square has conducted a Network audit, Security Audit
& Disaster Recovery audits for the Data Center, which
has helped in isolating the bottlenecks of the network and
tightening the vulnerabilities of the server systems, network
& firewall.
U&D Square has implemented several tools for monitoring
the servers, network & firewall performance and management.
